I left for the Sunset around 9. Once with Alice, I rested on the couch pretty much all day, sleeping for hours. My energy remained low and I wasn't feeling great. The shingles medication is strong and impacting my ability to do anything. It gives me headaches, probably from dehydration. I drank as much water as I could and went to the bathroom every fifty minutes or so. I slept early and only for an hour or so before going to the bathroom. Ugh! Tough night.
