So glad today was a holiday. I practiced a little, but still had little energy to do anything. The medicine has slowed down the redness in my leg, thankfully. Shingles is no joke. I guess there's a new shot for people over 50. I need to take it. The medicine I'm taking now is called Valtrex. It feels strong and makes me sleepy.
