I wrote and read and checked out a pile of new books from the library, along with The Incredibles, which I haven't seen in years.
I spent two hours reading the opening 20 or so pages from these five books. I want to read them all.
Alice and I watched 60 Minutes, then I watched a show on Harry Selfridge before giving Alice a massage to hopefully begin alleviating some of the pain she's experienced from her piriformis muscle/sciatic nerve. She bought a massage table and we set it up. It works great. We watched a few YouTube videos and began using some of the techniques. I hope it helps. She's been in pain for a long time.
To bed around 10 or so.
