Up at 4:30, gym at 5, Insanity until 5:45, weights, back home at 6:30, breakfast, writing at 7.
Today I worked on chapters 7 and 9 of Intervention Island from 7-5:30. Talked with Chris at 8:30. Still have about two hours left on chapter 9. the first section of II is on paper. It needs a lot of work and revising, but the be essentials are there.
