Someone wanted scones, so I found a recipe and made them. Dang these are good!
I can make them smaller next time. Two sticks of butter went into those. Yikes!
Alice visited Amy and Patrick in the afternoon and called me up before dinner to say Patrick was making dinner for us. So I went over and hung out with them for a few hours. Such a nice visit, our first since Covid. Patrick made a Korean noodle dish that was so good. He's such a good street food chef (we were watching YouTube videos of Korean street food while he made his dish).
