Oh wow, and here's the show they came up with: The Problem with White People. Amazing!
I'm noticed exactly the same thing, a couple weeks of our racial reckoning, followed by business as usual. This is by design. So much of our adherence to the illusion of our greatness is by design. The messaging of the hierarchy of race is so brutal and still with us. Here's the rare white guy in a position of power and authority addressing it. Nicely done.
