Still a little sore this morning playing racquetball. Sluggish as hell. I couldn't move and my reflexes were Matrix slow. Painful.
Work was busy, then I came home and practiced for an hour before rehearsal. The second half of rehearsal was devoted to Danzon No. 2. I enjoy this piece so much I could have rehearsed another hour. Really fun piece. Shannon, the student conductor, needs to be more expressive and not so caught up with the score. He needs to let go of the study aspect of the music and connect more with the music aspect of the script.
