Thinking about the steps involved to effectively communicate with someone who has a vastly different view of reality. Like my sister Gwen. Communicating with her in a normal way is no longer possible, but I do believe healthy connection is possible, albeit somewhat limited. Certain words can't be used. Delusion. Ill. Crazy. Madness. Bipolar.
