Today at work we had a town hall meeting about our Dynamic Work Initiative, which involves giving up one of our floors and allowing people to work from home a few days a week. I can see myself working from home most of the time and maybe coming into the city Mondays and Fridays. It will be a win-win because the new office design looks great and the desks elevate up and down so you can sit or stand. Each desk is equipped with two monitor stands connected to horizontal bars that allow for easy adjustments. The whole thing looks really good. I'm lucky to work for such a forward-thinking company.
Tomorrow is Sophie's 17th birthday, so no orchestra rehearsal for me.
