We attended another concert this afternoon at Calvary Presbyterian Church. The San Francisco Bach Choir performed pieces by Mariana Martines, J.C. Bach, and Mozart's Requiem. Wonderful from beginning to end, and in such a beautiful venue. The church is inviting and warm. We sat in the main floor during the first half of the concert, and in the balcony during the second half. All the musicians were terrific. The orchestra played on original instruments and had a rich, crisp sound. Jay and Cecilia joined us for the concert and dinner afterward at Dim Sum Club.
