I received a text from Alice to call her after rehearsal. Her Nest temperature gauge was no longer working. Then she learned from her Airbnb guests that the carpet was wet in the living area. The guest suite had flooded. It was not good, but her guests (from Florida) were very understanding. They didn't seem to mind the inconvenience.
I looked up troubleshooting issues on the Nest website and sent in a ticket via email. Alice called her insurance company to look at the house in the morning. Blah!
