Visited George in his new home this afternoon. Such a pleasant visit! He'd had a wine tasting party the night before, so we had samples of six different wines while nibbling on bread, cheese and prosciutto. He also made us a wonderful impromptu pasta dish. He used to be the sous chef at a Michelin star restaurant.
Later in the afternoon, I took a two-hour nap. It must have been the wine!
