I rested at Alice's this weekend. And read. I plowed through a graphic novel called Boxers.
It's the story of the Boxer Rebellion in China from 1898 to 1900. There's a second book called Spirts which I plan to read later.
I also read another book on my ipad called Paper Covers Rock, a young adult book that was well written but not that memorable.
Alice and I went to the movies Saturday night and saw The Edge of Tomorrow, which was Groundhog Day for a futuristic D-Day invasion. The storyline was inventive and Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt worked well together. I enjoyed it.
