I revised 20 chapters today, writing from 5 a.m. until 9:45 p.m. with a break for lunch and three or four 10-minute naps in between. I'll send out the book to readers tomorrow. I felt like a college student back in the day when I waited until the last minute to write my term paper.
Wow, am I wiped out, but in a good way. Today is the 98th day of work on Don't Eat the Zombie Cookies. It's 60,000 words long, 39 chapters, and hopefully full of some funny lines and memorable moments. It's a welcome addition to the portfolio. I like Jimmy. He's a neat kid with a great sense of humor.
Now I can go on that cruise and totally relax for a week.
